Making Temperature-Sensitive Shipping Simple and Transparent

Client

Nexxiot

Shipping temperature-sensitive goods is a high-stakes game, where one small slip-up can spoil an entire shipment. The challenge was that most companies had a messy, scattered way of tracking conditions. Data was all over the place, checks were manual, and it was easy to miss something before it turned into a costly headache.

My goal was to change that by giving customers and their teams a clear, real-time window into what is going on inside every container, and to make setting everything up as straightforward as possible from the start.

Customer device setup

To make the setup process easy, I designed a simple flow that guides customers through pairing their devices, adding shipment details, and setting custom thresholds. Each shipment can have its own unique requirements, so customers can tailor alerts based on the type of cargo. This way, they can get started quickly without feeling overwhelmed by complicated steps.

Customer peace of mind

The devices themselves provide clear and focused information on key factors like temperature, shock, and humidity. I kept the interface clean and intuitive so users can quickly understand the current conditions and spot any issues at a glance. Real-time updates help ensure nothing is missed during transit.
